One (1) Grand Prize Winner ( the “Winner”) will receive the following: (i) Access for Winner and one (1) guest of Winner (“Guest”) to the Berlin, Germany movie premiere of Michael (“Premiere”); (ii) accommodation for Winner and one (1) Guest for two (2) nights at a hotel (double occupancy) in or around Premiere location to be selected/determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion (the “Hotel”); and (iii) two (2) roundtrip international flights (economy class) for Winner and Guest to and from Berlin, German from the international airport nearest the Winner’s place of residence (the “Flight”).
