Grand Prize Winner. The first Entrant chosen in the Drawings will be named the “Grand Prize Winner” and awarded USD $25,000 presented in the form of a check. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is USD $25,000. In addition to the cash prize, the Grand Prize Winner will also be awarded a personalized twenty (20) minute virtual design consultation with Ty Pennington (“Pennington”), television host, designer and carpenter (the “Design Consultation”).

2. Second Place Winner. The second Entrant chosen in the Drawings will be named the “Second Place Winner” and awarded USD $10,000 presented in the form of a check. The ARV of this prize is USD $10,000. 3. Third Place Winner. The third Entrant chosen in the Drawings will be named the “Third Place Winner” and awarded USD $10,000 presented in the form of a check. The ARV of this prize is USD $10,000. 4. Fourth Place Winner.
