Grand Prize Award (maximum 1 winner): The eligible entrant designated as the grand prize winner shall receive a Zig-Zag Friend Trip for the winner and up to a maximum of five (5) guests (age 21 or older). The grand prize has a maximum retail value not to exceed $20,100, and shall include: · Roundtrip coach class airfare for the winner and up to five (5) guests (age 21 or older) to the Sponsor designated airport nearest St. Simon’s Island, GA (BQK, JAX, or SAV), as solely designated and determined by Sponsor, subject to availability; · Dates of flights and departure/arrival airports are solely designated and determined by Sponsor, subject to availability and black-out dates. · If winner resides within 250-miles of the greater St. Simon’s Island, GA area, Sponsor reserves the right to award one (1) $2,000 gift card toward ground transportation in lieu of airfare. · Three (3) nights lodging accommodations as solely designated and determined by Sponsor for the winner and up to a maximum of five (5) guests (age 21 or older); · Prize award includes a maximum of three (3) double-occupancy hotel rooms (two (2) people per room), subject to availability; and Sponsor reserves the right to modify the hotel/lodging type based on total number of confirmed travelers. · Location and dates of stay solely designated and determined by Sponsor, subject to availability. · Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize check or gift card toward the winner’s purchase of lodging accommodations in lieu of a confirmed lodging reservation. · Bicycle rentals for the winner and each confirmed guest for the duration of the trip (3-days); · One (1) meal for the winner and each confirmed guest provided to the winner at their lodging accommodations, subject to availability; and, · Private dining, restaurant, or catering as solely designated and determined by Sponsor. · $3,000 awarded to the winner in the form of a gift card or prize check toward ground transportation, incidentals, or additional activities. · Form of payment as solely designated by Sponsor.
